DunRite’s Corporate Office
While we don’t offer appointments or product viewings at our Scottsdale headquarters, it’s where behind-the-scenes magic happens — making sure every window and door replacement project runs smoothly, from your first quote to the final walk-through.
From this location, our team manages project timelines, works with manufacturers and prepares installation crews for projects taking place throughout the Phoenix metro area. While consultations and installations happen in homeowners’ homes, the coordination and logistics for every job starts here.
Being based in Scottsdale keeps our team closely connected to the communities we serve. Many of the homes we work on are located throughout Scottsdale and nearby cities, and our team is deeply familiar with the architectural styles, neighborhood requirements and remodeling patterns common across the region.
We’re not just residents of the area, most of us grew up here.
Window & Door Installs Across Scottsdale
Across Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix metro area, many homes were built during the region’s major growth periods of the 1970s, 80s and 90s. As these homes have aged In established neighborhoods like McCormick Ranch and Gainey Ranch—as well as newer communities in North Scottsdale such as Troon and DC Ranch—those original aluminum windows and older patio doors need replacement.
We’re also seeing many Scottdale homes where windows replaced more than 15 years ago have now reached the end of their lifespan. Earlier generations of replacement windows are far less energy efficient than today’s products, and showing age-related issues related to their seals, hardware and ease of operation.
Years of Arizona heat and sun exposure have taken their toll.
For many Scottsdale homeowners, replacement becomes part of maintaining and updating a home over time as materials age and energy efficiency expectations change.

Genuine feedback from happy clients
“The owner, Sal Sucato, was patient and knowledgeable throughout the process as we planned the job. He answered our many questions and made valuable suggestions. The windows and doors we chose are great quality. The installation crew was professional, polite, friendly and did an amazing job keeping everything clean while they worked. The quality of the work they did was very high.”

“Sal and Team were amazing, very thorough and professional from the first meeting through installation. There tends to be a breakdown in this process for many companies, but DunRite was amazing and communicated throughout. I would highly recommend them, and felt very positive about the whole experience.”

“WE had an EXCELLENT experience from beginning to end with Sal and his crew. Great product, great installation and great follow up. They answer their phone in person on one ring! We had a quality problem with one of the screen doors on a slider. They came out immediately, saw the problems and ordered a new slider ASAP. This is an excellent FAMILY owned and run business not a giant corporation. I highly recommend DunRite!”

“What a pleasure dealing with DunRite windows. The entire experience starting with estimate from Sal the owner, to the install with Colin and Chris was a very easy process. My windows look beautiful. So pleased with my choice of doing business with them. I feel very confident that any issues I have would be promptly addressed. This company gets an A+ from me.”
